Moon and Star

And you and I – a moon

Hope upon hope – reflecting sun

We throng together – reluctantly

Out of view – beyond horizon

We’re so conditioned – behind the world.

When the night be set about askew and the moon be a down billedoux.

And you and I – a star

We live – falling

We die – beautifully

Together – passing

We’re so conditioned – by the world.

When the night when the stars be stewed – merci beucoup.
